ESCI COMPETENCY MEASUREMENT

THE ESCI PROCESS

Participants complete the surveys online and nominate who they would like to get feedback from. Once all feedback is received, the results are analyzed and presented in an individual feedback report with a verbatim section of the report where respondents comment on a participant’s key strengths and areas for development. For teams, a composite report is presented which shows a group profile against the competencies.

The ESCI results can only be delivered by a Korn Ferry Hay Group accredited coach.
